Quality food served quickly

While enjoying a lovely coffee in Pucon I overheard a conversation of this new restaurant that was going to open with a unique proposal.

Needless to say I became very interested in finding out about this cozy nice restaurant so I went in to check what they were all about and met Tal Levkovitz, an Israeli who used to work in landscaping and building pergolas and Alejandra Link, a Commercial Engineer from Santiago who had a bakery called “Divina Dulzura” where both used to work.

Attracted to this beautiful area decided to move to Pucon and realised that there was a shortage of vegetarian options in town and loving that type of food makes them embark into a new project called JUST DELICIOUS and as any new project it wasn’t free of unimaginable permits and logistics before they could see this dream come true.

A “very” special concept

As you step in the restaurant you come across a very big size menu on the wall with lots of dishes that were absolutely unknown to me, and some you cannot even pronounce, but don’t you worry, Alejandra or Tal are more than happy to explain each one if required.

And food has to be tasted and what I’ve tried has been delicious!!! I could say that their dishes taste like those learned at home not from a cooking book.

DO NOT by any means of the imagination miss the Falafel in pita bread their most sought option as well as Burekas, Hummus, Muijadra to mention some.

I’m so happy to say that this is going to be their second summer and their food is prepared with love and dedication and accessible to just about anyone, whether a travelling student or a big family.

But don’t just go by what I’m sharing as food has to be experienced personally.
